Shipping policy

 

All items displayed for sale and available for purchase are, barring any errors, available for immediate shipment.

-National Shipping (Spain): By default, all shipments are sent via certified mail (Correos España) and therefore have a tracking number. Shipping within Spain is free at Plataica, with a few exceptions, which will be indicated in the item description. Within Spain, each package typically takes between two and five business days to arrive. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control. Shipments to the Canary Islands, also certified and free for the customer, take between 5 and 15/20 days; delivery times are uncertain. Sometimes they arrive in a couple of days, sometimes they take more than 15.

-International Shipments (NOT USA): By default, all shipments are sent via registered mail (Correos España) and therefore have a tracking number. International shipping (not USA) costs €15. Shipping is FREE within the EU for orders over €75.

Delivery times vary depending on the region. Below are estimated delivery times, although these may vary due to circumstances beyond our control:

  • Europe (EC) 7 to 28 days.
  • United Kingdom (UK) 7 to 28 days.
  • Canada (CA) 21 to 42 days.

-International Shipments to the USA: By default, all shipments are sent via registered mail (Correos España) and therefore have a tracking number. International shipping to the USA costs €800.

This high cost is due to the tariffs imposed by US President Donald Trump.

-Additional taxes, duties, and customs fees may apply to orders placed from outside the European Union (the cost of which will depend on the region). It is the customer's responsibility to pay these taxes and duties; the seller is not liable under any circumstances.

All items are shipped in individual, recyclable kraft paper envelopes with bubble wrap, inside recyclable aluminum cans.

All shipments originate from San Sebastián, Basque Country. Please note that we follow the city's business hours.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. You can track your purchase using this number (via the Correos website) or using the link in your shipping confirmation email.

Delivery will be made to the address you provide when placing your order.

If your shipment is returned to us because it could not be delivered and you haven't filed a claim with the relevant post office, you will need to pay the shipping costs again for us to resend your order.
