Shipping policy

All the pieces exposed for sale and available for purchase are, except for errors, available for immediate shipment.

-National Shipments (Spain): By default, all shipments are made by certified mail (Correos España) and therefore have a tracking number. Shipping is free in Plataica, with few exceptions, in which case it will be notified in the item description. Within Spanish territory, each package takes between two and five working days to arrive, as a rule. Estimated times may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control. Shipments to the Canary Islands, also certified and free for the customer, take between 5 and 15/20 days, they are sometimes unknown.

-International Shipments: By default, all shipments are made by certified mail (Correos España) and therefore have a tracking number.

Shipping delivery times vary by area. Below we give an estimate of the times, although these may vary depending on circumstances beyond our control:

  • Europe (CE) 7 to 28 days.
  • United Kingdom (UK) from 7 to 28 days.
  • USA (USA) from 21 to 42 days.
  • Canada (CA) from 21 to 42 days.
-Additional taxes, tariffs and customs taxes may be charged to orders placed from outside the European Union (the cost of which will depend on the area). It will be the customer's obligation to pay these taxes and tariffs, not being the seller's responsibility in any case.


All the pieces are sent in individual envelopes, made of recyclable craft paper with bubble protection, inside recyclable aluminum cans.

All shipments are made from Donosti, Euskadi. Keep in mind that we follow the working calendar of this city.

When your order is shipped you will receive a notification email with the shipping tracking number. You can track your purchase using this number (through the Correos website) or using the link that you will find in the shipping confirmation email.

The delivery of the order will be made at the address you indicate when making your purchase.

In the event that the shipment is returned to us because it could not be delivered and has not been claimed at the relevant post office, you will have to pay the shipping costs again so that we can send you the order again.
